Personalised plan designed for you, a detailed plan with the correct exersises and nutrition plan to suit you and your body type. What works for other people may not work for you, that is why 1 to 1 coaching works, because it is spealised to what you want to achieve.

1 to 1 coaching is the perfect way to achieve the results that you want. I will work with you and focus on the best exercises that will work best for you and your body type, 1 to 1 is not just about training at the gym, it is about understanding the the exercises that you are doing and knowing what muscles you are targeting, it’s about learning to love the workouts that you’re doing, enjoying every workout and feeling fantastic after doing it.

Nutrition is a massive part of any training regime, you can do all the training in the world but without good nutrition there is no point at all, I will educate you on good positive nutrition, work with you and establish what you want from your training and we will build your nutritional food plan that is personalised to you, I will make tweaks as the weeks go on and of course you will have treats (cheat days) Fitness is not about starving the body it is about fuelling the body so you have energy to function on a daly basis.

In the 1 to 1 coaching, Emma only works with a small group of client’s at any one time so she can give her attention and focus to you and your goals.
